Who should join the community?

We look for commtted individuals who ideally possess technical or/and political expertise in AI regulation.

Examples are: Adviser to Californian government and CS student from Stanford; UC Berkeley PhD running LLM project; Founder of python package for guardrailing AI; first discoverer of the concept of prompt injections; attorney serving on the ABA-IPL Task Force on AI; leader and product owner of the second largest global open-source project, Founder of Bay Area AI Community, VC in AI, VP of Data Science Solutions, AI certification advisers, and many more.

Many of us are based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Why is there an google form application?

We are not pseudo-elitist. We want to protect the slack channel from spam and avoid the feeling of “silent observers” around. Community strives through engagement.

Will my opinion be made publicly available?
